Before making any purchase, we’d like you to read the following refund policy as it best helps us to curate a satisfying and fair customer experience for all of you. Unclaimed Parcels | Incorrect Address Shared by Customer
Our refund process will begin after the delivery services begin the return process of the unclaimed or undelivered goods. Once we receive the receipt for products being returned, the refund will be initiated from our end.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
We will first track the parcels through the tracking ID and link provided to you. Once we do, if we conclude that the parcel has been lost or stolen, we will enable our customers to choose one of the two options – A full refund from our end to cover the amount paid for the product or a second delivery where we resend your parcel.
Incorrect Product
If we’ve sent you an incorrect product, we have an exchange policy in place for you. First, we’d require you to return the incorrect product, and once you do, we’ll ship the right product to your doorstep. If you’ve ordered an incorrect product, you can ship the product back to us, and we can either replace the product or refund the complete amount.
Rejected Parcels
If you no longer need the products you ordered, you can return the products while ensuring that the carton(s) or package(s) are unopened. Once you do, we’ll refund the complete amount that covers the amount you paid for the products and retain the shipping amount.
Damaged Products or Unsatisfied with the Products
If you receive the product(s) in a damaged condition or are not satisfied with the quality of the product(s), you can return the product(s) while also stating your concern. The items received by us should be in the same condition as you found, and once the return receipt is received, we can either reship the proper product or issue a complete refund to cover the cost of the product and the shipping.
Guaranteed Delivery
We will deliver your products to you within the stipulated time mentioned on our website. However, if we don’t, we reship the order for free within 2 to 5 business days. If you do not receive your product or are not satisfied with it even after 2 reshipments, we will offer a complete refund that covers the cost of the products you purchased.
